Be careful. Grossly overcharged. Company was at my property from 9:30 to 12:00 so 2.5 hours. Charged me for 5.5 hours of labor at $75 dollars an hour. When speaking to owner. He states even though they did not show up at the property till 9:30AM he started charging me when the employees arrived at work at 7:30AM stating that they have to spend time loading the truck for the job. So company is charging me for time employees are prepping for their work day? Coffee, morning meeting, breakfast, loading their truck for the days work? Even starting at 7:30 and ending at noon. that is 4.5 hours. Charged for 5.5, no idea where the additional hour comes from. Replaced a light switch and a receptacle. $20.50 in parts and 2.5 hours labor the bill should be $208, instead I was billed $433. Job got done but certainly wouldn't recommend.
